Once again YMCA Camp Colman is honored to host and collaborate on providing a summer camp experience to children living with IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America helps in providing research, education and support to those living with IBD.
The staffing of "Camp Oasis" is provided through Camp Colman counselors and volunteers working with the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. This week at camp is a chance for many of these campers to meet others with the same experiences they have and an opportunity to be a "normal kid at summer camp".
