Thank you for your interest in YMCA Camp Colman's Intern Program.  Continue reading for further information.

The Camp Colman Intern Program gives our oldest teens the opportunity to make a smooth transition from being a Counselor in Training to being a counselor. All of our Colman Interns are volunteers who participate in staff training in June and are then at camp for a four week period taking on a variety of roles. This program provides independence for teens going into their 12th grade year of school and prepares them for the leadership and responsibility that is required to be a staff member at Camp Colman.
